Thank you for consulting Historic Environment about the above application for cladding replacement to Trafalgar House and Frobisher House.Historic Environment have no concerns with the proposed development. The impact on the special character and architectural interest of the Ebrington Street Conservation Area is considered to be negligible to none. As such we support the cladding replacement which will remove combustible cladding.
