27 Whiteford Road is an unlisted property within the Mannamead Conservation Area. This application is for proposed non-material minor amendments to a previous planning application (15/00040/FUL). The proposed changes relate specifically to an area of decking and are:The decking will now be supported by wooden posts instead of a low wall.
The steps will be removed.
The wall under the decking will be rendered to match.
These proposals are all minor in nature and will not have an impact on the Conservation Area or on neighbouring properties, and are therefore acceptable.
