ED notes in particular the securing of up to 35 ongoing FTEs with additional construction jobs over the delivery period of the project.The waste diversion and energy generation benefits are also noted as significant in respect of greening the City's economy in particular through the use of the power generation locally.
In the light of the above ED very much supports the proposal.
