Further to my previous highway consultation response, it has now been clarified that the accommodation would be used for Air B 'n' B use. On this basis it is essential that the applicant can demonstrate that a sufficient level of car parking is provided on-site which addresses the needs of both the existing property and the annexe. Therefore subject to a plan being provided clarifying this point in relation to car parking, I would have no objections to this application from a highway viewpoint.Highway Authority
