Despite having recommended the original application for refusal on the basis of a loss of car parking, the decision was made by the planning case officer to recommend in support of that application.Therefore in view of that recommendation and with the Highway Authority having not been aware of any issues that have arisen regarding the loss of car parking as a result of the siting of the porta-cabin, I would not wish to raise any objections to this pre-application enquiry from a highway viewpoint.
