COMMENTS:
The Local Highway Authority (LHA) would raise no objects in principal and largely reiterate earlier comments for the proposed continuation of use as a Pay & Display car a park: - Although it is appreciated that the wider redevelopment of this entire site is subject to a planning consent for a mixed use development under application 20/00493/OUT, the continuation of the temporary use of the site for car parking would not give rise to any highway concerns, although it is would recommend any conditions attached to the previous temporary grant of consent are reiterated.
