The Highway Authority would not wish to raise any in-principle objections to the proposals which seek to reduce the size of an outbuilding within the curtilage of 98 Church Road in order to facilitate a wider vehicular access to allow for greater ease of movement for the residents.It should be noted that if in future there is the intention to increase vehicle movements to the property, then improved levels of inter-visibility at the site access would be required.
