Whilst the LHA have no in-principle objections to this application and therefore Standing Advice should be applied, the new garage will be of considerable size (certainly large enough for a business/commercial use). Therefore I would recommend that a condition be attached to any grant of consent restricting the use of the garage to the parking of vehicles ancillary to the main dwelling house.
