Housing Delivery

The Housing Delivery Team welcome the use of the currently empty floors as housing.

We do not encourage the provision of 1 bed 1 person accommodation and Flats 1 & 2 are slightly below NDSS for a 1 bed 2 person, however the provision of a communal laundry room mitigates this somewhat as the occupants will not need to use space within the flats for a washing machine and dryer. We also acknowledge that the constraints of the existing building limit layout options.

It is unfortunate that no amenity space can be provided but the building is located close to greenspace.
