The submitted information is insufficient for the discharge of Condition 4.- We require confirmation on whether the ivy will be freely attached (i.e. using its natural adhesive pads) or attached via a trellis across the property.
- We require confirmation on whether the ivy will be established directly into the ground or put into pots. Details on watering and maintenance from here should be provided.
- Details on replacing ivy should it fail to take or die off.
- The submitted information suggests a variety of species to be included with the green wall. Is this being adhered to, or is the applicant only planting boston ivy? If so, the same information for additional species will be required (i.e. winter maintenance, cutting back, watering schedule etc).
Following submission of the above details, the condition can be discharged.
