Condition 4: Access/Highway Alterations (Grampian):The highway inspector has confirmed that a 2 metre wide footway has been constructed to an adoptable standard in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned condition and therefore the Highway Authority are content for the condition to be discharged. The footway will remain as Highway Maintainable at Public Expense (HMPE).
Recommendations:
The Highway Authority are content for condition 4 to be discharged.
The proposed development has been considered in accordance with the Councils current Development Plan Policies and having regard for the National Planning Policy Framework.
