Whilst there are no in-principle objections to this application from a LHA viewpoint and Standing Advice should be applied, it would appear that the off-road car parking area at the front of the property has been in existence for some period of time without the kerbs having been lowered to provide vehicular access to such. Therefore it is essential that as part of this application, the kerbs are lowered along with the footway in order to provide a suitable means of access to the driveway.
