COMMENTS:
The Local Highway Authority (LHA) would not wish to raise any objections to the pre-application proposals to refurbish and re-imagine the Grade II listed Guildhall, as a commercial standard multi-purpose events space.

The proposed works also includes the extension of the ramped entrance to provide access for the disabled via the main entrance. The external works would all be contained within the private footprint of the site.

SUMMARY:
The Local Highway Authority (LHA) would not wish to raise any objections to the proposed alterations and refurbishment of the Guildhall.
