Please see below for comments for 23/00078/CDM:

Condition 5: Construction Environmental Management Plan (Biodiversity)
o CEMP is acceptable and condition 5 can therefore be discharged.

Condition 12: Landscape and Ecological Management Plan (LEMP)
o Condition 12 is generally acceptable, and so we would be happy with its discharge condition once landscape details have been provided as below (to ensure that LEMP still lines up with proposals)

Condition 13: Landscape Details
o Condition calls for '16 trees outside of those within the proposed covid/wellbeing garden..'. I assume these are those shown in the provided planting plan which shows additional trees to the previously agreed landscape plan for the wellbeing garden. However, only 12 trees are suggested and so this currently does not meet the conditions requirements. It may be that these trees are to be provided elsewhere but we have not received drawings that would suggest this is the case.
o We have not been provided with landscape details for area A, these are shown in the provided LEMP but we would expect these drawings to be provided separately.
o Submitted landscape plans are the same drawings previously agreed with Sarah and so their content is acceptable for discharge, although we will need the above before that can happen.
