Whilst the proposed alterations will lead to the loss of the existing garage, the property currently benefits from a large block-paved driveway area to the front which provides enough off-street car parking for a minimum of 2 vehicles (possibly even 3 including the raised area to one side). Therefore I would not wish to raise any in-principle objections to this application from a LHA viewpoint.
