Since submission of NI comments provided on 22/03/2023, an Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA) has been provided (April 2023). Below are amendments to the NI Planning Team's original comments:

- We accept the site does not require any additional survey work following assessment of risk on protected species, in particular an outcome of negligible impact to roosting and foraging bats.
- The EcIA also comments on the impact of light level along the tree line, but concluded no adverse impacts on protected species.

We therefore require no further information to asses the impacts of this development, and continue to hold no objections.

Plympton St Mary Neighbourhood Forum
