The University of Plymouth supports this application. Over the last 12 months we have witnessed lower availability of student housing in the city compared with previous years, for both undergraduate and post-graduate students. We believe this trend will continue due to changes in the type of accommodation students are seeking, including international and post-graduate students. It is important for the success of the University that there is a mix of suitable housing for our students, and the creation of these additional rooms will contribute to this.
