The proposals seek to change the use of the Salvation Army Hall on Church Road to a hobby space associated with a nearby residential dwelling.The existing property is not benefitted with any off-street parking provision and this is to remain the case following the proposed change in use. The site is a small building that has been in continuous community use associated with the nearby Church and Salvation Army and would have attracted a degree of parking demand which would have been previously established on the local network.
As such, the LHA would not wish to raise any in-principal objections to the proposed change in use.
