Whilst there are no in-principle objections to this application from a LHA viewpoint (and Standing Advice should be applied), I would recommend that a use restriction be attached limiting the use of the proposed hardstanding to no more than 1 vehicle at a time. I have made this suggestion due to the alignment of the curved wall limiting the ability for 2 vehicles being able to use the hardstanding. Were the applicant to try and park 2 vehicles on the hardstanding area then it could result in a second vehicle overhanging the adopted footway that runs alongside Conrad Road.
