DEVELOPMENT: Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) of application 22/00701/S73
Observations:
I refer to your consultation dated 12th April 2023 regarding the above planning application for the variation of condition 1 ' Approved plans of planning decision 22/00701/S73.
I understand that this application essentially concerns changes to the layout and in transport terms the cycle storage.
The original application, ref: 17/02091/FUL was assessed by the Highway authority and a cycle provision for 22 cycles was considered acceptable.
The current scheme provides storage for 22 cycles, split in two locations. Both of which are secure and covered and still retaining a total provision as required above.
As such there are no objections the variation application.

Recommendation:
The Highway Authority has no objection to the variation of planning permission.
