The NI Planning Team hold no objection to this amendment to include removal of a small sedum roof, following specialist contractor input regarding viability of the roof under a shade of existing woodland. As stated from the applicant, removal of the sedum element will be reflected in BNG results. Therefore the application continues to adhere to DEV26.
