Whilst plans have been submitted for the discharge of conditions 12 and 13 which shows the provision of two bike storage areas (Level 1 and Level 2), no details have been provided in relation to how bikes will be stored within these areas and how many cycles can be accommodated? Without cycle racks attached to internal walls or similar, the capacity of these storage areas is likely to be much reduced. Therefore it would be helpful if some additional details could be provided in relation to such in order to allow conditions 12 and 13 to be discharged.
