The application details inform that there is no proposed increase to staff as a result of the proposed development. In addition, the proposed development would not result in any negative impacts to available off-street parking provision or the circulation of vehicles within the site and therefore there are no in-principle objections to the application from a highways perspective.

The proposed development has been considered in accordance with the Councils current Development Plan Policies and having regard for the National Planning Policy Framework.
