The NI Planning Team hold no in-principle objections to this application. The only aspect we recommend the applicant considers in their application is to ensure no protected trees are impacted during or post-construction works, due to site location within Mannamead Conservation Area. This can be done via further explanation/diagrams of works (i.e. on existing hardstanding) or tree report if required (for when works take place on soft ground within root areas).
We foresee no issues with the application complying with DEV28.
