Condition 8 ' Electrical Vehicle Charging Points:The submitted Site Plan, drawing reference 2257-MAL-ZZ-00-DR-A-001 rev C3, shows the provision of 1x EV charging point per bungalow which is in accordance with the requirements of the SPD. As such, the Highway Authority are content that this condition can be discharged.
Condition 10 ' Cycle Parking:
The submitted Site Plan, drawing reference 2257-MAL-ZZ-00-DR-A-001 rev C3, details the provision of 2x Sheffield bike stands to allow parking for 4x bicycles. The cycle parking is conveniently located close to the staff entrances and is easily accessible in accordance with the requirements of the SPD. Therefore, the Highway Authority are content that this condition can be discharged.
The EV charging points and cycle parking should be provided in accordance with the approved plan.
Recommendations:
The Highway Authority recommend that condition 8 and condition 10 of application 21/01475/FUL can be discharged.
The proposed development has been considered in accordance with the Councils current Development Plan Policies and having regard for the National Planning Policy Framework.
