With regards to the information that has been submitted in order to allow for the discharge of those highway-related conditions, I would wish to comment as follows:

Condition 6 (Street Details)
Whilst I am generally happy with the details submitted and would have no objections to the discharge of this condition, I would wish to refer to the comments made below in respect of condition 8.

Condition 7 (Access - Contractors)
It is not clear what information has been submitted to discharge this condition? Therefore I am not currently in a position to confirm that this condition can be discharged. If the applicant could confirm that the site access junction will be provided in its entirety from the outset (which would then be available for use by construction traffic accessing the development) then I would have no objections to this condition being discharged. However, from the information submitted this is not clear.

Condition 8 (Details of New Junction)
The junction should be constructed in such a manner that it operates as a footway crossover so that vehicles entering/exiting the site give way to pedestrians rather than vice-versa. Subject to this relatively minor change to the plans being addressed, I would then have no objections to this condition being discharged.
