The Housing Delivery Team understands that although funding is available to deliver the NP Phase 4 scheme - as with most developments cost escalations are a problem and finances for schemes are carefully managed. Continued delivery of this key housing regeneration scheme is a key priority for the Council and HDT is supportive of NP Phase 4 being completed.Any detailed viability or funding confirmations (if necessary to make a planning decision) should be sought direct from the applicant.
