The proposals seek to construct a single storey rear extension and a replacement annexe over the rear garage, alongside a loft conversions and other associated alterations at the above-mentioned property.

A similar proposal was previously consented under application 19/00695/FUL, to which the Highway Authority raised no objections. The current application includes some slight amendments to the previously approved scheme but does not result in any additional traffic and transport impacts. Therefore the LHA would not wish to raise any in-principle objections to the proposed development.

The Parking Permit team have advised that as there is no increase to parking demand at the property, it would remain eligible for permits for use within the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) in place on the surrounding streets.
