Whilst I have no in-principle objections to the proposed Car Parking Management Strategy and the discharge of the associated condition, I would suggest that CPMS places further emphasis on the monitoring of the use of the visitor car parking spaces. Car parking in this area of Derriford is at a premium and without adequate monitoring and enforcement, it is likely that these spaces could be used by staff based at those larger employment sites within the local area (Derriford Hospital etc).
