DEVELOPMENT: Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) of application 17/02091/FUL
Observations:
I refer to your consultation dated 8th August 2023 regarding the above planning application for the variation of condition 1 of planning decision 17/02091/FUL.
The proposal seeks to slightly increase the floor area of the commercial, to support the operational requirements of the retailer, install condenser units and amend the landscaping to the front of the building to better connect to the street.
None of the above works impact on the transport and highway aspects of the development and as such there are no objections, in that regard, from the Highway Authority.
As such there are no objections to the variation of the condition.

Recommendation:
The Highway Authority has no objection to the variation of condition 1 of planning permission 17/02091/FUL.
