As this application is merely seeking to re-submit a previous PIP application to which no highway objections were raised (app no 19/01646/PIP), I would simply wish to reiterate those highway-related comments and conditions recommended in respect of that previous application. I also note that the technical details application submitted in respect of the original PIP application is currently subject to Appeal yet to be determined.
