On the basis of the revised Enabling Works and Method Statement document that has been submitted, I can confirm that the LHA would wish to raise no objections to the partial discharge of condition 5 (CEMP).

My comments are limited to the details submitted for the partial discharge of condition 5 (CEMP).

The wording of condition 5 clearly refers to details being submitted showing the location of the site access for construction traffic and ensuring adequate visibility is provided. However the plan provided merely shows Heras fencing being provided along the entire length of the site and as such it is difficult to comment on the safety of the position of the site access as it could be anywhere along the length of the site. This needs to be clarified.

Furthermore, the plan also refers to a grab tipper lorry being used to remove material from the site. As this is likely to require such a vehicle being parked on the public highway for a period of time, the applicant would have to secure the necessary permits from our Street Services Department. This would include details of any Traffic Management measures required.

Until these points are addressed I am unable to recommend the partial discharge of condition 5.
