Highway Authority Consultation Reply

APPLICATION NO: 23/01232/AMD

SITE: Coombe House, The Quay, Plymouth, PL9 7NE

DEVELOPMENT: Non-Material Amendment: Alterations inc. access/bollards, windows, and balconies for application 18/01225/FUL


Observations:

I refer to your consultation dated 29th August 2023 regarding the above planning application for amendments to 18/01225/FUL.

I have visited the site and note that the applicant has been discussing the works in the footway (Bollards and streetlight locations) with the appropriate Officers within the Highway Authority.

The proposed minor amendments are acceptable and previous conditions in that regard, to ensure delivery of the works are still relevant.

There are no objections to the proposed, highway related, amendments.

Recommendation:

The Highway Authority has no objection to the Non-material amendment.
