Condition 5 Street Details:
The Local Highway Authority are unable to recommend the discharge of the above-mentioned condition. As stated within the response to the request for the approval of such details prior to the issue of the planning consent (21/02071/FUL), until such a time that a full technical submission has been provided (including details such as results of CBR testing and a Street Lighting Design) the LHA would be unable to approve the Street Details for the site.

It is also noted that no application to enter into a Section 38 Highway Agreement has been received by the LHA. The relevant application forms, deposit fee and full package of technical drawings and details as required within the Devon Design Guide will need to be submitted to the LHA in order for the technical approval process to progress.


Recommendations:
The LHA are unable to recommend the discharge of Condition 5 ' Street Details until such a time that full technical details have been provided for review.

The proposed development has been considered in accordance with the Councils current Development Plan Policies and having regard for the National Planning Policy Framework.
