Whilst there are no in-principle objections to this application from a LHA viewpoint and Standing Advice can be applied, I would recommend that a condition be attached which calls for the submission of the details of the proposed structure which will be supporting the proposed parking area. These details are required in order to ensure that the proposed structure does not compromise the structural integrity of the existing retaining wall which supports the adopted highway on St Vincent Street.
