Whilst there are no in-principle objections to this application from a LHA viewpoint and Standing Advice should be applied, the applicant should be made aware that they will be required to fund the relocation of the existing street lighting column located outside the property. In it's current location it is highly likely that any vehicles manoeuvring into and out of the hardstanding would hit the lighting column.Details relating to the re-siting of the lighting column would have to be agreed with the street lighting department at PCC.
