Further to my previous highway consultation response, colleagues in Network Management have now confirmed their acceptance of the Highway Dilapidation Survey and therefore I can now confirm that Condition 6 can be discharged.Highway Authority

I refer to the details that have been submitted for the discharge of transport-related conditions and would wish to comment as follows:Condition 5 (Street Details)
Whilst the LHA have now 'technically approved' the horizontal and vertical alignment of the proposed site access road and associated surface water drainage arrangements, further details are still awaited in respect of street lighting along with details of the exit arrangements for the service road. Therefore I am not currently in a position to recommend to the discharge of this particular condition.
Condition 6 (Highway Dilapidation Survey)
Awaiting feedback from colleagues in Network Management on it's acceptability. Will respond again once in receipt of their observations.
Condition 7 (Construction Traffic Management Plan)
The details submitted for the discharge of this condition are considered acceptable and therefore it is recommended that this condition be discharged.
Condition 8 (Construction Environmental Management Plan)
The details submitted for the discharge of this condition are considered acceptable and therefore it is recommended that this condition be discharged.
