It would appear that the existing garage serving the property has already been converted to a store and consequently there would be no loss of off-street car parking associated with these proposals. It is also noted that the hard paved driveway area at the front of the property is sufficiently large enough to accommodate a minimum of 3 cars. Therefore on this basis I would not wish to raise any objections to this application from a highway viewpoint.
