Rather than be a destination in it's own right, it is likely that most customers visiting the additional food and drink floorspace created under this proposal would be visiting Alma Yard in any case and therefore form part of a linked-trip.On this basis I would not wish to raise any objections to this application from a LHA viewpoint and would recommend that those conditions attached to the previous use of the site are reiterated.
