Whilst there are no in-principle highway issues associated with these proposed demolition works, it is not clear from the information provided what sort of impacts would result in terms of movements of construction traffic (for example will there be a number of HGV's carting material off-site)?It would be helpful if the applicant could provide a very basic Construction/Demolition Traffic Management Plan detailing the expected number of movements per day, times of operation, routes being used by such vehicles etc.
