PRE- APPLICATION COMMENTS:
The Local Highway Authority (LHA) would not wish to raise any objections in principle to this pre-application enquiry and proposal, pertaining to a previous withdrawn planning application number 19/00044/FUL for the erection of a detached dwelling with provision of parking platform, with four in number car parking spaces, two for the new dwelling, and two for the existing neighbouring property; as shown in both the previous and current application details.
SUMMARY:
The LHA did not raise any objections, to the previous similar application mentioned above, and would reiterate those previous comments and recommendation. The provision for both Car Parking and Electric Vehicle charging points would be required.
