It is acknowledged that conversations with GWR over the location of the secure and covered cycle parking serving Intercity House have been very difficult, with a number of options being dismissed for various reasons. This has led to the current proposal which is not considered to be particularly secure from a LHA viewpoint.Therefore somewhat reluctantly, I would not wish to raise any objections to the discharge of this condition from a LHA viewpoint.
