Highway Authority Consultation Response to a Planning Application
APPLICATION NO: 24/00020/CDM
SITE: AZURE AND AZURE WEST, 1 GRAND HOTEL ROAD, PLYMOUTH
DEVELOPMENT: Condition Discharge: Conditions 3, 4 & 5 of application 21/00920/FUL
Observations:
These comments are made in relation to the discharge of condition 3 (Construction Traffic Management Plan).
Whilst the submitted CTMP is well-written and covers most areas, it is acknowledged that access to the site for larger vehicles is quite tight with potential of kerbs being over-ridden etc. It is therefore recommended that the CTMP be amended to include reference to the need to undertake a Highway Dilapidation Survey in consultation with the Local Highway Authority.
Subject to this change being made, I will then be in a position to recommend the discharge of this condition.
