Whilst the proposed side extension will lead to the loss of the existing garage, the property still benefits from a very large hardstanding area to the side of the property which provides enough off-street car parking provision for 2-3 vehicles (possibly more). Therefore I would not wish to raise any in-principle objections to this application from a LHA viewpoint and Standing Advice should be applied.
