Following a recent site visit, I can confirm that all of the outstanding highway works have been completed to the satisfaction of the LHA and therefore conditions 11 and 14 can now be discharged.

During our recent site meeting, it was agreed that the widened area of tarmac footway along the frontage of the development would be adopted as HMPE. In order to allow this S.228 adoption to take place, it was agreed that an adoption plan would be produced by the applicant. I would therefore be grateful if you could make the applicant aware of the need to produce such a plan so that this can be arranged.
