The Economic Development Team has no strong views with regards to the proposed development of this site. the site is not of a scale that would trigger mitigation requirements and equally the site is not in a strategically important location. It should be noted that the site is in close proximity to existing commercial uses and this should be factored into any development to ensure both residents and commercial activity can exist without friction.
