Whilst the proposed development will lead to the loss of the existing garage and lead to an increase in the number of bedrooms, the property does benefit from a particularly large block paved hardstanding area to the front which could accommodate at least 3 vehicles. On this basis the removal of the garage is unlikely to lead to vehicles associated with the property being displaced and having to park on-street and therefore the LHA would have no objections to this application.
