Whilst there would be no in-principle objections from the LHA were this pre-application to be made subject to a full planning application, I would wish to question the issue of how deliveries would be made to the premises? It is likely that such a use would generate deliveries by larger vans or small HGV's and therefore it is not exactly clear where these vehicles would park when being loaded/unloaded. This needs to be clarified should a full planning application be forthcoming.
