In relation to the proposed change of use from office space at Unit 3 Longbridge House to a veterinary surgery, the Economic Development team have limited concerns, mostly in relation to the potential for impact to other users / tenants of the identified building. Should the application be approved it would be welcomed if a plan could be put in place to ensure other users of the building remain unaffected by this change of use.Highway Authority
