Thank you for your consultation regarding discharge of conditions (insert condition numbers relevant to you). Public Protection Service has considered the information submitted by the applicant and has the following comments to make.

Condition 3 - CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY

Condition discharge recommended? ' No (delete as appropriate)
Reason ' In our original consultation response we stipulated a condition which required the hours of construction and demolition to be in line with Plymouth City Council's Code of Practice hours being Mondays to Fridays and 08:30 hours to 13:00 hours on Saturdays nor at any time on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

The hours given in the condition discharge document are:

Hours of work to be restricted to:
0730 ' 1800 Mon-Fri
0800 - 1300 Saturday

These hours are not consistent with our code of practice and this condition can therefore not be discharged.

Condition 5 : CONTAMINATION

Condition discharge recommended? ' Yes Parts 1-3 only
Reason ' The Preliminary Site Risk Assessment conducted by Approved Site Investigations Ltd (Our Ref: A2391/PSRA/JW Date: 14th May 2024) has determined the site to be of low risk to human health and this conclusion is accepted. However part 4 of condition 5 will need to remain until works have been completed in case any unexpected contamination is found.
